Narratim ("we", "us", "our") is an audio content production service operating at narratim.com. You can reach us at hello@narratim.com.

What we collect and why

When you submit the contact form on our website, we collect:

Full name — to address you correctly
Work email address — to respond to your inquiry
Organization name — to understand your context
Content type — to route your inquiry appropriately
Document link — to review your sample document
Project notes (optional) — any additional context you choose to share

We collect this information solely to respond to your project inquiry and deliver the service you've requested. We do not use it for marketing, profiling, or any other purpose.

How your data is processed

Form submissions are sent via a secure webhook to our project management workflow. Your data is not stored in any third-party CRM or marketing platform. Only the Narratim team has access to your submission.

Document handling

Any documents you share with us (via Google Doc, Dropbox, OneDrive, or other links) are accessed only for the purpose of completing your project. We do not download, copy, or retain documents beyond your active project window. Upon project completion or at your request, access is removed.

Cookies and tracking

This website does not use cookies, analytics scripts, advertising pixels, or any third-party tracking. The only external request made by this page is loading fonts from Google Fonts.

Data sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with any third parties, except as required by law.

Data retention

We retain your contact information only as long as necessary to complete your project or respond to your inquiry — typically no longer than 12 months of inactivity. You may request deletion at any time by emailing hello@narratim.com.

Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights under GDPR (European Union), CCPA (California), or similar laws, including:

The right to access the personal data we hold about you
The right to correct inaccurate information
The right to request deletion of your data

Narratim is a B2B service intended for professionals. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under the age of 18.
